Contact Our Workshop
Email our team within 21 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Package Securely
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded envelope or shipping box to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship with Tracking
Send the item back to our workshop in County Cork, Ireland, using a registered or tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.
Processing & Refund
Once our silversmiths inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
